We were ecstatic that Crypticon was hosting the World Premiere of our new flick DRIFTER as the Friday Night Midnight Movie.

Jeffery Combs joins me for the Sunday Afternoon Black Shirt Club meeting. While I know him best from the RE-ANIMATOR movies and FROM BEYOND, I asked him about Fred Olen Ray's super-motorcycle movie CYCLONE, as well as his work in Full Moon's DOCTOR MORDRID. He probably thought I was weird, but he posed for the photo anyway! Very cool guy.

The Soska Twins are balls of energy. I was looking forward to telling them that I first heard of them when Seattle filmmaker Tonjia Atomic wore a DEAD HOOKER IN A TRUNK t-shirt at Crypticon a few years back. It was even better that when I walked up to their table, they were chatting with Tonjia, and she introduced me before I could even start my story! This is the regular photo...
